SDL Web Design Refund Policy

Some items provided by SDL Web Design may be refunded as described in the policies below.

Items not eligable for refunds

SSL Purchases. As of 2022, SSL costs are wrapped into hosting pricing. If you cancel hosting serive AFTER your SSL has been renewed for the current year, you will not be refunded for the cost of the SSL. If you cancel your hosting service BEFORE the renewal process you will be refunded the complete SSL portion of the hosting expense.

Domains. Domains are purchased in yearly increments and are not eligable for a refund.

Sites terminated due to non-payment. Refunds will not be issued for any website that has been terminated due to existing balances on your account or if payments have not been received. You must request termination prior.

Website Monthly Maintenance. If you pay monthly for website updates, this charge is not eligable for a refund, regardless of cancellation date.

Website Creation. If we are in the process of designing your site, your down payment is non-refundable. Once your website has been paid in full and you terminate the website after the site is live, your payment is non-refundable.


You may cancel a service at any time, but a hosting refund will only be issued beginning on the first day of the next month through the remainder of the year. See below for additional details.


If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable.(ie, previous months)
